Real Estate

We have a vibrant real estate practice.

We have extensive professional experience in property and Real Estate Law practice, receiving instructions and conducting investigation on the sale and purchase of properties, preparation of wills and codicils and obtaining letters of probate.

We have been involved in the preparation of and perfection of leases, Tenancy Agreements, Assignments, transfers and mortgages and in obtaining governor’s consent and approvals incidental to these transactions.

We also have experience in investigation and deducing title as well as preparation of Building Construction Lease Agreement, Commercial Property Development Contract and Finance Agreements.

Dispute Resolution

We have a highly skilled and experienced Dispute Resolution Team. We represent clients with the aim of reducing a lawsuit's disruptive impact whilst maximizing the chances of a successful outcome.

This team understands the need to conduct commercial litigation with business needs and goals in view and therefore ensures that the litigation strategy is structured in a manner that secures the achievement of these goals.

• Believe that not all commercial disputes need to be strictly settled by litigation. To this end the team encourages the use of all alternative dispute resolution (ADR) techniques including negotiation, conciliation, mediation and arbitration when and where appropriate.
